WELCOME AGAIN…
This time i want to share a thrilling event which happened in my first semester … It was decided by me and my friend BHASKAR aka KAKA ( of electronic media Dept ) to watch the movie EXORCIST which was released at that time .. As we were new to the city , we planned to watch it in SATYAM CINEMAS , the premier theater in Chennai..
We never knew that ticket rates will be that high..( In Dindigul Balcony Ticket eh 40 Rs thaan ) .. We’re shocked to see the price of the ticket , but as we’ve decided to watch the movie we got ready to spend the amount .. It was 6 pm then and the show was only at 10… As we dont know that computer booking is there , we just sat in theater premises .. A guy came near us and asked when is the show timing for Exorcist.. Kaka said that it’s only at 10..
He thanked him and went to the counter and bought three tickets… Dont ask who are the remaining two.. I saw the same guy later in Spencers with two Girls … ( Be cool… No Stomach Fire.. Must be his Sisters :-) )
With a doubt inmy mind we neared the counter and asked if we have tickets for Exorcist. He replied “yes sir.. But only Premium tickets are available. Ecnomy is housefull.. “ We dont even know that it was higher than the other one & we asked two tickets and gave a 100 Re note expecting to get the change.. He gave us the tickets and said, it is 140 Sir…( 140 ah…? Ada kadavule..Enga oorula naan 7 padam paarthuduvane :(
We emptied each others purse and got the tickets happily 
.. As it was only 7.00 we went to Spencers and enjoyed a good look of all the Shops there ( No bad thinking… )
And then we returned to theater at 9 and purchased one Brittania Milk Bikis for Dinner ( How Sad…! ) We killed the remaining one hour by looking at the posters ( Kaka said here that ” See how many movies are running in this theater.. So it is worth spendind 70 da” But still now I dont understand the logic behind this )
We got inside theater and it was very confusing to spot my theater ( Subham , I think ) . Finally with assistance from the workers there , we settled in our respective seats .. And the movie started , we expected some thrilling scenes, we expected , expected and expected and finally it came.. Not any thrilling scenes but it is the INTERVAL….
We rushed to the food counter and returned back to the seat with the same speed after seeing the Price List… Second half started and some comedy scenes came finally Exorcism was done to the heroine.. Very Good Movie..( Worth spending Money.. Should watch it one more time .. What else can I say.. Athaan Kasu poiruchula)
We went to the Bus stand at 00:30 and waited for Bus at that time… No Bus came till 1:00 and finally it came .. Not Bus, but a Share Auto… He asked 10 per head for plight till Saidapet… His purse was empty and my purse had two 5 Re coins and one 50 paise .. So we gently refused his offer.. He dropped a bomb in our head NO BUS SERVICE IS THERE TILL 5…
Both of us fainted for a minute and finally we decided to make to our college by walk.. ( Its nearly 6 Km )… We walked and walked and at 3.00 we reached the main entrance..
Fate was chasing us.. The guards at the Gate refused to allow us inside as we didn’t took our id card with us.. What to do…? We walked again( Not back to theater.. ) to the next entrance which is 500 mts away and as no one was there we easily entered and walked another 500 mts to our hostel and fell on the bed like an EXORCISED PERSON….
